Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in a hands-on solutions architect, technical architect, or development role
  • At least 2 years experience in Salesforce development working with custom objects, automations (APEX), and integrations
  • Knowledge of relational database theory and able to query using SQL, SOQL, or similar
  • Understanding of types of APIs and API design patterns such as REST, SOAP, GraphQL, gRPC, and webhooks, and ability to explain the tradeoffs with each design
  • Ability to coach business systems analysts, admins, and developers on best practices and standards
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members
  • Sigma, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, or Python report building experience
  • Experience with Git or Github
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director, Digital Customer Experience to develop and maintain the technology roadmap aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Lead the design and implementation of high impact, high visibility business systems that meet organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and technologies
  • Collaborate closely with business systems analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs
  • Monitor for reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of business systems and processes
  • Develop standards for, create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, processes, and configurations
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks and platforms for implementing business solutions
  • Conduct periodic access reviews and penetration testing to meet security and audit requirements
  • Provide training and support to internal users
