Summary

Join CoreSphere as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/Scrum Master and play a critical role in delivering successful Salesforce projects. This remote position requires strong communication, requirements gathering, and collaboration skills within a multi-disciplinary environment. You will lead the Agile Software Development Lifecycle, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure adherence to Agile principles. Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, translating them into user stories, mapping business needs to Salesforce functionality, and collaborating with stakeholders and the technical team. You will also facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach the Scrum team, and manage testing and project documentation. This role demands significant Salesforce and Agile experience.

Requirements

  • Have experience working with sandbox and production environments
  • Demonstrate adherence to Salesforce.com best practices
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Computer Science or similar
  • Have minimum 7 years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst/Scrum Master with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience
  • Have minimum 3+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile driven development environment
  • Have minimum 3 years’ experience with the Salesforce platform configuring sales, service, community clouds, and/or custom Salesforce apps
  • Possess strong expertise in applying Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Have experience conducting simple to complex Project Demos and Sprint Demos
  • Possess excellent listening, oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Possess excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details
  • Have experience working in JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Lucid chart SharePoint
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and be able to pass a Public Trust background investigation. Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and pass an HSPD-12 background investigation

Responsibilities

  • Solicit, gather, evaluate, and document information from various sources and stakeholders during business discovery and grooming
  • Translate high-level information into detailed requirements and clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria in the requirements management system
  • Map functional business requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality; develop as-is and to-be process maps
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to document business and functional requirements into Epic’s and User Stories, or Business Requirements Documents
  • Work as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and the technical team throughout the project cycle
  • Engage with Developers, Solution Architects, and other delivery team members to ensure systems meet business needs
  • Participate in and contribute to conversations around solutioning and architecture on the Salesforce platform
  • Facilitate Agile scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Team to groom user stories, participate in sprint execution, and identify and resolve team impediments
  • Coach and mentor the Scrum Team, leading to successful implementation and maintaining focus on tasks
  • Engage in testing cycles (UAT, Regression, and system), create Test Plans and Test Cases, and facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders
  • Manage feedback in the form of enhancements and bugs, ensuring the quality of the solution output
  • Prepare project-specific documentation and deliverables, including User Guides, Quick Reference Sheets, Train-the-Trainer materials, data dictionaries, communication plans, and test plans
  • Conduct training sessions for end users
  • Assess requirements to produce wireframes, visual flows, process diagrams, and/or fit-gap analysis to devise options for solving business challenges
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, developing plans to escalate and mitigate them effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess Salesforce Administration Skills
  • Hold a Salesforce Administration Certificate
  • Be a Certified Scrum Master
  • Hold a Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
  • Hold a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification
  • Have Project Management experience
