You will participate in Agile scrum ceremonies and contribute to solutioning and architecture on the Salesforce platform. The role involves creating test plans, conducting training, and managing risks and issues.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelorโs degree in business, Engineering or Computer Science or similar
- Have minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience
- Have minimum 2+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile driven development environment
- Have minimum 2 yearsโ experience with the Salesforce platform configuring sales, service, community clouds, and/or custom Salesforce apps
- Have minimum 2 +years of experience in business analysis or product development of software-based solutions
- Have experience working in IT Consulting Firms; preferably in Salesforce Solution providers
- Have experience applying Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Possess excellent listening, oral, written, and presentation skills
- Possess excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a team-based environment
- Have experience working with sandbox and production environments
- Demonstrate adherence to Salesforce.com best practices
- Have experience working in JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Lucid chart SharePoint
- Be authorized to work in the United States and be able to pass a Public Trust background investigation
Responsibilities
- Work as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders, operations, and the technical team throughout the project cycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed, actionable requirements
- Document requirements into high quality User Stories, Use Cases, or Business Requirements Document
- Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations to enhance business performance
- Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies such as Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, and Sprint retrospectives
- Collaborate with the Scrum Team to groom user stories, participate in sprint execution, identify, and resolve team impediments, and be responsible for driving the quality of solution output by the team
- Participate in and contribute to conversations around solutioning and architecture on the Salesforce platform
- Make recommendations and proposals for implementation of business process and customer experience
- Assist in identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies, while developing effective plans to escalate critical issues and implement mitigation strategies
- Create Test Plan, Test Cases and conduct solution testing
- Facilitate UAT session with Business stakeholders, manage feedback in the form of enhancements and bugs
- Create Training Guides for End users and conduct training sessions

- Hold a Salesforce Administration Certificate
- Be a Certified Scrum Master

- Hold a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
