Requirements

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Accounting Operations, ERP implementations, or revenue operations roles
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash cycles, procurement, and revenue recognition principles
  • Prior experience as an Accountant or ERP implementation specialist; enterprise experience preferred
  • Familiarity with GAAP and exposure to various industry accounting standards
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Dynamics
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills to navigate diverse client needs and accounting standards
  • Experience advising clients and providing strategic solutions in revenue and accounting operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to assess and optimize their revenue strategies, including sales processes, pricing models, and invoicing workflows
  • Provide strategic advisory and solution design related to Accounting Operations, Order-to-Cash processes, and revenue recognition
  • Implement and configure billing solutions and tools such as Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced Salesforce Billing, Avalara, and other managed packages
  • Leverage ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics) to deliver scalable and integrated solutions for revenue and accounting operations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales motions and pricing strategies with financial outcomes
  • Serve as a thought leader in customer engagements, offering strategic insights and innovative solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in revenue operations and solution delivery
  • Support the Pre-Sales team with solution demos, industry insights, and deal strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior consulting experience
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience
  • Exposure to billing solutions like Zuora or Salesforce Billing
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies (e.g., Salesforce RCA package)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required
