Salesforce Consultant

Summary

You will collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions, leveraging your expertise in various Salesforce modules and technologies. This role involves configuring and optimizing applications, developing data migration plans, providing user training, and offering ongoing support. You will need extensive experience in Salesforce consulting and a strong understanding of its functionalities. The position offers a flexible work-from-anywhere model with occasional office visits.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and its various modules
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows
• Strong understanding of integration tools, APIs, and data migration strategies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and teams effectively

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design tailored Salesforce solutions
• Configure and optimize Salesforce applications to enhance performance and usability
• Implement and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud based on business requirements
• Develop and execute data migration plans for seamless transitions
• Provide training sessions to users and stakeholders on Salesforce functionalities
• Offer ongoing support and maintenance to address issues and enhance system functionality

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer)
