Summary

Join NeuraFlash's Lead-to-Cash team as a Sales Cloud Consultant! You will bring Salesforce Sales Cloud project implementations to life by working with customers to understand their business needs, identify requirements, develop, test, and implement solutions. This role offers significant contributions working with a talented team, exciting customers, and partnering with Salesforce and AI teams. You will own requirement execution for projects, ensuring client business objectives are met. Opportunities include defining requirements, proposing and delivering solutions related to sales processes, supporting architecture, configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, leveraging the Salesforce platform for scalable solutions, partnering with the AI team, and acquiring new technical expertise. Requirements

• 2+ years of project experience in a hands-on position
• 2+ years of implementation experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
• Understanding of basic Sales, Sales Operations, RevOps, and Business Operations with experience solving Complex Use Cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce Platform
• Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices and Governance
• Client Facing Experience in the following areas: Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture

Responsibilities

• Work with our customers to define requirements, and propose & deliver solutions related to their Sales processes
• Support architecture and own configuring best-in-class implementations of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
• Configure Salesforce Solutions using point-and-click tools available on the platform eg. Visual Flows
• Understand and leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions
• Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customers
• Quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of the latest Salesforce features and major launches

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Salesforce Certifications is a Plus, preferably Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Consultant
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
• Attention towards detail
• Strong team player
• Great communication skills
• Keep an open mind and be flexible to change
