Summary

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 4+ years (at a minimum) of relevant professional experience with a distinct record of achievement in consulting and/or program management
  • 3+ years Salesforce.com consulting/implementation experience
  • Passion for solving business problems by leveraging technology
  • Process flow optimization and organizational change management experience within a company or as an external consultant
  • Proven ability to frame solution-oriented conversations that address complex business challenges across the prospect-to-cash flow
  • Proven ability to manage medium or large-scale projects throughout the entire lifecycle and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Comfort with driving executive-level conversations and the ability to lead through influence
  • Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments
  • Strong organization and communication skills (oral, aural, and written)
  • Analytical curiosity and demonstrated a passion for intellectual challenges
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience working with global development teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are adhered to
  • Define project scope, create detailed plans, allocate resources, and manage risks to ensure smooth execution
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, technical staff, and business stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Continuously monitor progress, adjust plans as necessary, and communicate effectively with all parties involved
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices, business needs, and opportunities for innovation
  • Lead discovery sessions, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, ensuring expectations are set and met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and execute user adoption and training plans, ensuring clients are fully prepared to use their new Salesforce solutions
  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with client business goals
  • Implement and configure Salesforce using declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Reports, Validation Rules)
  • Stay current with Salesforce innovations, ensuring that clients benefit from the latest features and best practices
