Summary
Join our team as a Salesforce CPQ Developer/Administrator! You will be responsible for customizing and developing Salesforce CPQ, integrating with other systems, optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders. This role requires 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience, proficiency in Salesforce configuration and Apex, and familiarity with API integrations. Salesforce certifications are highly valued. Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ development or administration experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Objects, Fields, Flows, Process Builder), Apex, and Lightning Web Components
- Familiarity with API integrations (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and data transformation tools
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or Platform Developer I certifications)
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ objects, including Products, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, and Quote Templates
- Develop complex product bundles and custom logic to streamline quoting workflows
- Use Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to implement custom CPQ functionalities when needed
- Integrate CPQ with Salesforce Sales Cloud, ERP, and other third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware solutions
- Establish data flows and transformation processes to ensure data consistency and integrity between systems
- Diagnose and resolve system performance issues, errors, or inefficiencies within the CPQ environment
- Continuously improve quoting speed, product selection, and workflow reliability through optimization strategies
- Work alongside business analysts and product owners to understand requirements and user stories
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders, providing regular progress updates
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery of features
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate CPQ functionality
- Create and maintain documentation for CPQ processes, configurations, and custom developments
- Provide post-deployment support and training to end-users and administrators
