Summary

Join Brillio as a Lead Salesforce CPQ Developer and lead a team of developers in designing, architecting, and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions. This role requires 10+ years of experience, including 6+ years in Salesforce development and 4+ years in Salesforce CPQ. Requirements

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Components, and SOQL
  • 4+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience (product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates)
  • Experience leading development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, limits, and best practices
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control, and deployment tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git)
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and CPQ specialists, providing both technical direction and career guidance
  • Own the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions tailored to business requirements
  • Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned and scalable
  • Conduct regular code reviews, technical validations, and performance optimizations
  • Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and release strategies
  • Manage and prioritize workload for the development team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Guide the team through complex problem-solving, integrating with third-party systems and managing Salesforce governor limits
  • Champion continuous improvement through team retrospectives, innovation, and adoption of new tools or practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II or Technical Architect certifications
  • Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
