Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ
- Have done a Salesforce CPQ implementation
- Experience with integrating Partner Community with Quoting
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, best practices, and optimization techniques
- Proficiency with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., SFDX, Change Sets, CI/CD pipelines)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required)
- Proficiency in source control systems (e.g., Git)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning web components, and integrations
- Act as a technical expert, guiding best practices, code standards, and design decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions
- Implement Salesforce customizations using declarative tools (Flows) and programmatic solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, or other tools
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and company standards
- Identify areas of improvement within the Salesforce instance and recommend optimizations to enhance system performance
- Develop and execute unit tests, perform debugging, and support deployment through CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, integrations, and system processes
- Work closely with business and technical teams to understand priorities and deliver timely solutions
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new tools, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
- Experience with MuleSoft, Heroku, or other middleware tools
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and data management best practices
- Experience in delivering Salesforce solutions in large enterprise environments
