Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ
  • Have done a Salesforce CPQ implementation
  • Experience with integrating Partner Community with Quoting
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, best practices, and optimization techniques
  • Proficiency with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., SFDX, Change Sets, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required)
  • Proficiency in source control systems (e.g., Git)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning web components, and integrations
  • Act as a technical expert, guiding best practices, code standards, and design decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions
  • Implement Salesforce customizations using declarative tools (Flows) and programmatic solutions
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, or other tools
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and company standards
  • Identify areas of improvement within the Salesforce instance and recommend optimizations to enhance system performance
  • Develop and execute unit tests, perform debugging, and support deployment through CI/CD pipelines
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, integrations, and system processes
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to understand priorities and deliver timely solutions
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new tools, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
  • Experience with MuleSoft, Heroku, or other middleware tools
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture and data management best practices
  • Experience in delivering Salesforce solutions in large enterprise environments
