Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong emphasis on 2nd Generation Managed Packages (2GP)
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within established timelines
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
• Experience within the Salesforce Consulting Space or ISV product Ecosystem
• Must be available to work during standard US business hours (EST)
• Commitment to 20-40 hours per week for the contract duration

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain New and Existing Salesforce applications utilizing 2nd Generation Managed Packages (2GP)
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement scalable solutions that align with business requirements
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce development best practices
• Assist with the integration of Salesforce with external systems as needed
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot existing Salesforce applications

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $80-$120 per hour
• Contract to Hire (CTH) option
• Duration: 3-6 months
• Location: Remote (US-based candidates only)
• Travel: There will be a need to travel to client sites across the US
