Requirements

• Experience in development in Sales Cloud
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Arquitetura Salesforce: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, APIs REST/SOAP
• Automação Salesforce: process builder, workflow, flows and validation rules
• Administração Salesforce: security control, profiles, permission sets, roles, dashboards, and reports

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to analyze business requirements and discuss technical solutions
• Develop effective solutions in Salesforce
• Implement new applications and functionalities in Salesforce, ensuring scalability and efficiency
• Perform regular maintenance on Salesforce, correcting bugs and performance issues as needed
• Provide technical support to Salesforce users, answering questions and resolving problems as they arise
