Salesforce Manager

Summary

LeafLink is seeking a Salesforce Manager for its Enterprise Engineering Team. The role involves overseeing the growth of the Salesforce org, coaching and mentoring a team, architecting and implementing scalable solutions, partnering with various teams to plan and prioritize projects, and ensuring the team is up-to-date on the newest Salesforce features.

Requirements

• A leader with 5+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce teams and delivering complex projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee the growth of our Salesforce org, supporting 100+ users
• Coach, grow, and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers
• Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with LeafLink’s goals
• Partner with members of RevOps, Marketing Operations, Product, and Engineering to plan and prioritize projects
• Own delivery of work as it relates to Salesforce initiatives
• Measure and report on the impact of features on business process efficiency and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

Preference for background in CPQ or revenue management in a SaaS environment
