Requirements

• Experience with OmniStudio and implementing solutions with OmniStudio FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
• 2 – 5 years of prior Salesforce and Force.com experience
• Experience with front-end and back-end development including: Lightning Web Component (LWC), Apex, REST and SOAP-based web services, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance management
• Exceptional knowledge of object-oriented concepts and development experience with Design patterns including MVC
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

Responsibilities

• Help clients identify business outcomes based on tool functionality and OmniStudio best practices
• Provide clean and high-quality code for all assigned tasks, stories, and epics
• Assist in defining scope and sizing of work

Preferred Qualifications

An understanding of relational databases, including work with SOQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS
