Remote Salesforce Software Engineer

Summary

Job Description: Apply for a Salesforce Software Engineer position at Wellhub's Salesforce Corporate team in Brazil. Collaborate on evaluating tasks, designing, developing, testing, maintaining/supporting, and improving features, creating new solutions to meet emerging needs, working in Kanban model, being hands-on, making quick decisions, ensuring systems reliability, scalability, SLA and SLO, identifying technical debts, building solutions through declarative programming (Flow, Approval Processes) and coding (Apex, LWC, Aura), and living the company's mission of wellbeing.

Requirements

• Experience with Apex/JavaScript
• Experience in REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce
• Experience in Lightning Web Components
• Experience in working in a collaborative environment with teams of engineers, product managers and designers
• Experience in Apex Enterprise Patterns, Design Patterns, Frameworks
• Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent teamwork, communication and project management skills
• Must be proactive, have the ability to think outside of the box and hands-on profile to fit with our startup culture
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups in English

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Staff Software Engineer and the Technical Program Manager in order to evaluate feasibility of tasks, suggest technical solutions and document it
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain/support and improve features focusing on performance, scalability and stability
• Create new solutions to meet emerging needs as our new business grows
• Work in Kanban model
• Be hands-on and engage in coding to develop solutions and solve all surfacing problems
• Be able to make quick and smart decisions that will affect the outcome of the product
• Account for systems reliability, scalability, SLA and SLO
• Identify and raise awareness on technical debts and engineering backlog

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working as a salesforce developer using Apex, LWC and Flows are mandatory requirements
