Requirements

• Proven process expertise and experience with business process modeling
• Demonstrated track record in requirements management
• Verifiable experience across multiple SAP S/4 HANA projects, covering full project lifecycles
• Experience with SAP project tools such as Solution Manager, Signavio, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, and MS Office
• Fluent English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Guide and support clients through their SAP S/4HANA implementation across the entire project lifecycle. This includes system evaluation, landscape design, environment setup, requirement analysis and management, solution delivery, testing phases, cut-over activities, go-live execution, and providing ongoing support, hypercare, and operational management post-launch
• Manage requirements comprehensively - from gathering and capturing to documentation and visualization
• Collaborate effectively within multilingual, international project teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Module expertise in FiCo, MM, SD, Logistics, or SAP e-Shop (formerly Hybris)
• Reporting expertise: Embedded Analytics and/or SAP BI/BO
• Familiarity with systems such as Arriba, SAP eWM, SAP TM
• Experience with SAP integration platforms SAP PI/PO and SAP integration
• ABAP programming experience
• Experience with SAP BTP
• Specialist expertise in solution architecture or enterprise architecture within the SAP environment
• Knowledge in authorizations, master data, cutover management
• Experience integrating AI tools within SAP solutions
• Test management expertise, particularly in risk-based testing and automated testing
• Experience managing SAP solutions within private/public cloud environments (AWS, Google, Azure), including SAP RISE and SAP ALM
• Additional language proficiency, especially German
