SAP FI/CO Consultant

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 6–8 years in SAP FI and CO modules
• Experience in full SAP project lifecycles
• Deep expertise in SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, BA) and CO (CCA, IO, PCA, Product Costing, CO-PA)
• Understanding of SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, and integration with other SAP modules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• English fluent; German is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in national and international SAP projects
• Define and document functional specifications
• Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and communication
• Ensure stable operation of the SAP FI/CO landscape
• Analyze and resolve system incidents and change requests
• Perform regular system configuration, maintenance, and testing
• Work closely with SAP module experts and external partners
• Support and integrate external tools
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations
• Contribute to internal controls and audit trails

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification preferred
• International rollout and S/4HANA experience preferred
• ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus
