Requirements

• 5–7 years of functional experience with SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance
• Proven success in full-cycle SAP EAM/PM implementations and post-go-live support
• Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP EAM/PM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades across diverse environments
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective SAP solutions
• Configure core SAP PM functionalities including Notifications, Work Orders, Maintenance Plans, Equipment, Functional Locations, and Task Lists
• Integrate SAP EAM with related modules such as MM, WM, FI/CO, and PP
• Identify and drive improvements in maintenance and reliability processes
• Create and execute test plans, and develop comprehensive training materials and end-user documentation
• Manage asset data migration, cleansing, and validation activities
• Deliver user training and provide ongoing functional and technical support
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EAM/PM-related issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas or Medical is preferred
