Summary

Join our team as a Plan to Produce (Pl2Pr) work stream lead for an Aviation Airframe Manufacturer. This role requires significant experience in supply chain planning, project systems integration, sales operation and planning, manufacturing production master data, and execution. A Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of professional consulting or equivalent business process experience in Aviation, Aerospace & Defense are required. S/4HANA certification and experience, along with Big 4 experience, are also essential. Successful S/4HANA implementations and global design rollout experience are highly valued. Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills are necessary, as is expertise in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Agile methodology.

Requirements

• Have experience as a Plan to Produce (Pl2Pr) work stream lead for Aviation Airframe Manufacturer level
• Have experience as P2P Team member for Senior Consultant K5 and K4 Consultant levels
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
• Have a minimum of ten (10) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process Aviation, Aerospace & Defense experience
• Hold S/4HANA Certification in area of SME
• Have S/4HANA experience at 1809 or above
• Have Big 4 experience with IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, PWC or other large CSI
• Successfully complete at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills
• Possess a strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
• Be expert in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project)
• Be familiar with Agile methodology and its constructs
