Summary

Join Nagarro, a global digital product engineering company, as a key member of our SAP business unit. You will manage the delivery of customer requirements for S/4HANA or ECC projects, ensuring customer success and satisfaction. This role involves all project phases, from conception to support, and requires strong client interaction, team management (onsite and offshore), and executive-level relationship building. You will leverage your extensive SAP expertise (10+ years) to define methodologies, identify cross-selling opportunities, and manage project timelines and profitability. The position demands strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with adaptability and flexibility. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration / business informatics or comparable qualifications
  • High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen
  • Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests
  • Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills; ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets
  • C-level communication skills / senior stakeholder management
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
  • 10+ years of SAP professional experience and demonstrated knowledge / expertise
  • Fluency in German and business proficiency in English required

Responsibilities

  • Manage the realization of customer requirements in Global Delivery engagements
  • Bring your extensive knowledge to customer projects (introduction, expansion, upgrade, rollout, etc.)
  • Manage all project phases from conception, design, customizing, prototyping to roll out as well as 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and reference ability for S/4HANA or ECC customers
  • Define methodology, tools and processes allowing a successful customer adoption
  • Establish and actively manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders (LOB and IT)
  • Identify cross and upsell opportunities within existing customer engagements in line with the innovation strategy of the customer
  • Ensure in time & quality delivery for the project/program, revenue consumption and profitability management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in SAP Solutions / Areas is a plus
  • Project Management experience with large and medium sized Enterprises
