Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, especially those relevant to manufacturing and supply chain operations
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and test management software
- Familiarity with medical equipment manufacturing processes and associated regulatory compliance standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485)
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and document a comprehensive test strategy, including objectives, scope, tools, and schedules, tailored to the SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Create and manage test plans, test scenarios, and test cases to validate business processes, technical integrations, and system performance
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts, including Unit Testing, Systems Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Performance Testing
- Coordinate test execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with the project timeline and milestones
- Identify and document test defects, working closely with developers and functional consultants to resolve issues
- Partner with business stakeholders, 3rd party consultants, and the project management office to understand requirements and align testing activities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the testing team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities and reporting
- Utilize testing tools such as SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, JIRA, or similar platforms for test management and defect tracking
- Ensure effective use of automation tools, where applicable, to streamline repetitive testing tasks
- Ensure all testing activities adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO), and company quality management protocols
- Validate system functionality against defined user requirements and ensure traceability of test cases to business processes
- Proactively identify risks related to testing scope, resources, or timelines and recommend mitigation strategies
- Facilitate test status reviews and issue resolution meetings with project stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
ISTQB or similar testing certifications are a plus
