Remote Sap Senior Consultant

Summary

Join Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, and contribute to the analysis, modeling, and conception of processes for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry. You will implement complete project cycles, design end-to-end scenarios, conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops, and analyze SAP business best practices. This role involves delivering advisory services on SAP technologies, researching key business issues, presenting solutions to clients, and contributing to practice growth. Requirements

• Possess integrated module and process understanding in the Discrete Manufacturing ("Maschinen- und Anlagenbau")
• Have in-depth knowledge of at least one SAP Module (MM-PUR, MM-IM, MM-SRV, SRM)
• Have experience with some project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid-agile or Waterfall); experience in full life cycle implementation of SAP projects
• Be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge & skills with other team members
• Have the ability to work in a global environment, and coordinate with virtual teams
• Possess intercultural understanding
• Have the ability and willingness to travel, depending on the project requirements
• Possess solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in DE

Responsibilities

• Analyze, model, and conceive processes for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry in the area of Strategic Sourcing and Operational Procurement
• Implement a complete project cycle (Design, Build, Test, Run)
• Design discrete manufacturing-specific End-to-end scenarios (Source-to-Pay/Procure-to-Pay) with focus on Sourcing & Procurement capabilities
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops with the client
• Analyze SAP business best practices and make suggestions for improvements or new potential
• Deliver advisory services on how SAP technologies enable a modern and digital Purchasing function
• Research key business issues to identify improvements across the value chain and support implementation of technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions
• Present effectively the solutions to the client and get their buy-in before moving into Implementation mode
• Elaborate innovative potentials of the new S/4HANA solution, staying relevant and in sync with market changes and innovations
• Contribute to the Nagarro practice growth through innovative spirit
• Provide functional advisory and support of team members
