Summary

The job is for a 1+ year contract as a SAP Solution Manager working remotely. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, customizing, and operating SAP Solution Manager implementations, managing various aspects of the system, and having excellent documentation skills. Requirements include experience with Solution Manager 7.0, 7.1, or 7.2, technical tasks customization and operation of SAP SolMan modules, Business Processes Modelling, Change Request Management (ChaRM), Change Control Management System (CCMS), System Administration / Monitoring, Incident Management / Helpdesk, Test Management, Testing Tool Integration, End-to-End Root Cause Analysis (E2E / RCA), and Service Level reporting - Solution Documentation. Preferred requirements include experience in setting up and troubleshooting BPM, ability to present and interact with business process owners, good working experience on other components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centers, and Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System.

Requirements

• Should have an experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 7.0 and 7.1. or 7.2
• Should have experience in Technical Tasks Customization and operation of the SAP SolMan modules
• Business Processes Modelling, Business Process Change Analysis, Business Process Monitoring
• Change Request Management (ChaRM), Change Control Management System (CCMS), Change Transport System (CTS+)
• System Administration / Monitoring
• Incident Management / Helpdesk
• Test Management, Testing Tool Integration (HP Load Runner, HP Quality Centre, etc)
• End-to-End Root Cause Analysis (E2E / RCA)
• Service Level reporting - Solution Documentation
• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting BPM

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the analysis, design, customization and operations of SAP Solution Manager implementations
• Managed SAP Solman Implementation from top to bottom starting with change management and project planning, to physical transports of changes from the development environment into the productive environment
• Managing SAP Operations, System Landscape Information, IT Task Management and GPA, Template Management, Test Management activities
• Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to present and interact business process owners in the environment
• Good working experience on other components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centers
