You will lead and coordinate the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects, advising clients on HR process optimization and system configuration. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, conducting workshops and training, mentoring team members, and contributing to pre-sales activities. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, a deep understanding of HR processes, and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on the Employee Central module
• Deep understanding of HR processes, strategies, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully interact with clients and stakeholders
• At least SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate certification

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
• Advise clients on optimizing their HR processes and maximizing the use of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Configure and customize Employee Central according to specific client requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as part of application management support
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and project stakeholders
• Train and mentor project team members through technical guidance, support, and knowledge transfer
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including system demos, proposal development, and client presentations
