Senior/Lead Consultant Employee Central

Summary

Join Nagarro, a leading German IT full-service provider, as a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant! Lead and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects, encompassing requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment. Consult clients on optimizing HR processes and maximizing Employee Central utilization. Configure and adapt Employee Central to meet specific client needs, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Employee Central as part of application management support. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and project stakeholders. Mentor project team members through guidance and knowledge transfer. Contribute to pre-sales activities, including system demos, proposal creation, and client presentations. This position can be based at one of our offices or remotely throughout Germany.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on the Employee Central module
• In-depth understanding of HR processes, strategies, and best practices
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully interact with clients and stakeholders
• At least SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate certification, professional certification desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
• Consult clients on optimizing their HR processes and the best possible use of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Configure and adapt Employee Central according to the specific requirements of the clients and ensure the seamless integration of Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in connection with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as part of Application Management Support
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and project stakeholders
• Train and mentor project team members through expert guidance, support, and knowledge transfer
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including system demos, proposal preparation, and client presentations
