Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on the Employee Central module
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, strategies, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully interact with clients and stakeholders
- At least SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate certification
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
- Advise clients on optimizing their HR processes and making the best use of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Configure and customize Employee Central according to the specific requirements of clients and ensure seamless integration of Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as part of application management support
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and project stakeholders
- Train and mentor project team members through technical guidance, support, and knowledge transfer
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including system demos, proposal preparation, and client presentations
