Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on the Employee Central module
• In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
• Minimum of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate certification, professional certification desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and configuration options within the Employee Central module
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system solutions
• Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance, support, and knowledge transfer
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to clients and project stakeholders
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client presentations
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices related to SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central
