Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on solution architecture
• Proven track record of designing and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global enterprises
• In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives
• Design end-to-end SAP HXM solutions with a focus on SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards
• Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs
• Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning
• Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects, including configuration, and integration with third-party systems
• Define and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams
• Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies

Preferred Qualifications

SAP SuccessFactors certifications are desirable
