You will identify potential partners, build relationships, and present Think Academy's offerings. Requirements

• At least 5 years related job experience in the education industry
• Strong connections and experience in establishing business partnerships with school districts and private schools
• A well-developed pattern of achievements, strong people skills, energy, motivation, and integrity
• Written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to create and deliver compelling presentations that engage partners in discussion
• Able to work independently while being a stellar team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Identify Think Academy's potential partnerships and develop strategic approaches to building relationships with school districts and private schools
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders of a complex range of institutions, including but not limited to public school districts and private schools and organizations
• Understand and articulate potential partners' needs and present clearly and compellingly the company's range of offerings to prospective partners
• Share feedback and reflections with peers and leadership directly and in a way that can support shared resolution
• Secure ongoing partnerships to support the success of the company
