Summary

Join TrueCar's Performance Marketing team as a data-driven Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Lead. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads, managing campaigns to achieve KPIs. You will conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to optimize performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to align SEM strategies with company goals. Requirements

  • Expertise in search engine marketing (SEM) and pay-per-click (PPC) marketing in both strategy and execution
  • Proven success managing monthly budgets exceeding $1M
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance effectively
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies
  • Experience developing compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize SEM campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads platforms to achieve KPIs
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns
  • Develop and implement sophisticated bidding strategies, including automated rules and machine learning
  • Design and execute test-and-learn initiatives to uncover insights and scale performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and product, to align SEM strategies with company goals
  • Conduct in-depth performance analyses, creating actionable insights to refine and scale campaigns
  • Own SEM budgets and campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Preferred Qualifications

Base salary range: $108,000 - $128,000
