SEC Reporting Accountant

Summary

Join dLocal, a global payments company, as an SEC Reporting Accountant. You will prepare and submit consolidated financial statements and SEC filings (Forms 6-K and 20-F). Responsibilities include reviewing financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance, assisting with technical accounting memorandums, and collaborating with external auditors. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, prior audit experience at a Big Four firm, and fluency in English. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Prior experience in audit at a Big Four or similar accounting firm
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 6-K and 20-F
• Prepare supplemental notes to the consolidated financial statements
• Review and validate financial data and disclosures provided by the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist in the drafting of technical accounting memorandums in alignment with IFRS
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure timely and complete audits

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with publicly traded companies (SEC-regulated) is a strong plus
• IFRS knowledge is a strong plus
