Summary

The Compliance Analyst at EasyPost is responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, certifications, and industry standards. The ideal candidate has experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or related roles, strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or related roles
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC, GDPR, ISO, AML, HIPAA)

Responsibilities

• The Compliance Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, compliance certifications, and industry standards
• Monitor regulatory developments, changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the organization
• Assess the impact of regulatory changes and update compliance policies and procedures accordingly
• Conduct compliance audits and assessments to evaluate adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in the implementation of compliance automation tools
• Prepare audit findings reports and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement action plans for remediation
