Security Operations Center Architect

Requirements

• Completed studies or training as a specialist in IT systems integration or comparable qualification (also lateral entrants with experience in information security/cybersecurity possible)
• At least 5 years of qualifying professional experience
• Extensive knowledge in the area of security systems, technologies, and methods
• Experience in project management and the design of security architectures with a focus on security operations
• Experience in planning and designing new services, including a go-to-market strategy
• Experience in evaluating/assessing vulnerabilities as well as analyzing and assessing security incidents
• Strong customer orientation, well-organized, focused on details and solution-oriented
• Very good German and English skills

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the design, costing, and implementation of services and technologies in the SOC
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, change requests, and regulatory changes
• Continuously work on improving existing SOC services and developing new services
• Closely coordinate the services to be implemented with customers and monitor and support the implementation of customer requirements
• In cooperation with the Head of SOC, actively improve SOC processes
• Provide operational support to SOC analysts, especially for implemented services
