Summary
Join Cybereason's Security Operations Center (SOC) as a Security Services Assurance Manager (SSAM)! In this role, you will oversee the quality and delivery of managed security services, ensuring a positive customer experience. You will manage the customer lifecycle from a service delivery perspective, interface with stakeholders, and maintain Global SOC information requirements. Responsibilities include quality assurance of GSOC operations, responding to customer inquiries, and leading SOC demonstrations. The ideal candidate possesses 2-3+ years of cybersecurity experience and strong technical skills. Cybereason offers a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience with a strong knowledge working in security operations
- Must have more than business level both Japanese and English reading, writing, and speaking skills
Responsibilities
- Manage Quality Assurance of our GSOC memberβs operation and ensure it complies with our GSOC Standard Operation Regulations Manual and other Quality Assurance methodology
- Assist to finalize and coordinate in response to customers' inquiries
- Interface with customers and internal stakeholders, handling initial escalations, and also executing quality assurance activities
- Respond to inquiries from the Cybereason Sales/CSM team regarding GSOC Service & Operations
- Guide onboarding meeting for Key customers and explain the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Service
- Update GSOC presentation materials and videos based on GSOC MDR Service Definition
- Manage and lead Global SOC demonstrations and briefings for customers and partners as the main Global SOC representative
- Develop, enable, and manage the continued analysis of Global SOC data to determine trends, anomalies, and other items of interest
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in some of the following: Endpoint security/Network security
- Experience in some of the following: SOC Operation/Threat hunting
- Experience in some of the following: Penetration testing
- Experience in some of the following: Incident response/Compromise Assessment
- Experience in some of the following: Customer facing Technical Security Consulting/GRC Consulting
- Experience in some of the following: TAM for security products
- Strong knowledge of modern operating systems, Windows, OS X and Linux
- Solid foundation in networking protocols and architectures
- Experience with a scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
- Self-motivated and results-oriented; capable of leading and completing assignments without supervision
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle a wide range of tasks
- Motivation to constantly improve processes and methodologies
- Able both independently as well collaborate within a team in a remote work setting
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, ability to elucidate technical content to non-technical personnel
