Join our Service Delivery Management Team as a Service Manager to oversee the leadership and management of Kooth and Qwell services, ensuring high-quality, effective services within contractual requirements. This remote role (UK-based) involves strategic leadership for emotional health and mental health services for adults and children. You will lead and develop high-performing teams, drive service change, and manage through periods of growth and transformation. The position requires proven experience managing services at a senior level within the mental health or wellbeing sector and a strong track record of leading successful teams. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for services supporting emotional health, wellbeing, and mental health in adult and/or childrenโ€™s services
  • Lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Drive service change, navigate and lead through periods of change and growth, providing stability, motivation, and direction during transformation
