Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree plus 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry
- Minimum 3 years of full-stack software development experience in an agile environment
- Proficient with DevOps practices and tools
- Proficient with Python
- Proficient with Business Intelligence and Analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau or similar) to facilitate data visualization and management reporting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with Kibana
- Familiarity with Atlassian suite of projects (Jira, Confluence, etc)
- Understanding of secure REST API design and implementation
- Knowledgeable in PKI certificate management
- Familiarity with Cloud/Containerization technologies
- Familiarity with Security practices and principles; prior experience interfacing with ISSOs
- Current DHS or DHS component clearance required, or clearance that can receive reciprocity
Responsibilities
- Design and automate processes that support the ISSOs, such as system log management and intrusion detection processes
- Create dashboards to assess information about security findings
- Manage system certificates
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with security regulations and standards
- Bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to the team to solve new challenges at the speed of the mission
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced with Splunk and ELK stack for log management and data analysis
- Familiarity with Java
- Knowledgeable in Vulnerability Management practices and tools
- Skilled in Secure Code Reviews for identifying security vulnerabilities in software code
- Experience working on a large scale project with multiple teams
- Experience on a federal government project
