Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in cost accounting principles and techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
• Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field

Responsibilities

• Preparation of journal entries during monthly close
• Responsible for certain balance sheet reconciliations at each month end
• Assist in preparation of monthly reporting analysis
• Assist in preparation of monthly inventory related journal entries
• Assist with a variety of tax compliance matters
• Preparation of documents for financial and bank audits
• Take part in forecasting and financial standards setting process
• Develop recommendations to optimize the company’s accounting systems and procedures
• Ensure that accounting procedures comply with GAAP requirements
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as needed
