Harbor is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead the consolidation process for multiple entities, prepare financial reports and accounting statements, review revenue, manage periodic reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, and ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a CPA designation, related university degree, 3+ years of experience in financial management, and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation process for multiple entities, including subsidiaries and international divisions
• Prepare consolidation journal entries and ensure proper US GAAP is applied
• Lead the review of revenue for the entire Company
• Manage periodic reporting to the parent entity
• Collaborate with finance or cross-functional teams across departments and regions
• Compile comparative analysis in order to appraise operating results
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations and eliminations
• Participate in a variety of diverse accounting activities
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management
