Summary

Join Clearsulting as a Senior Advisory Consultant, Treasury and work alongside a team of experts advising global companies on their treasury function. You will design and select treasury technology, assess bank relationships, improve liquidity utilization, and develop policies and controls. The role involves creating executive-level presentations, performing primary research to identify solutions, and utilizing statistical tools to analyze data. You will cultivate client relationships and manage multiple priorities. Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant treasury experience working as a consultant or corporate practitioner
  • Functional understanding of treasury management systems (TMS), such as: Kyriba, GTreasury, FIS Integrity/Quantum, SAP TRM, etc
  • Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside a team of Treasury experts to advise global companies on their Treasury function, including: designing and selecting treasury technology, assessing bank relationships and services, improving liquidity utilization, developing policies and controls, and identifying tech agnostic process improvement recommendations
  • Assist in developing executive-level presentations that translate complex issues into clear recommendations across processes, systems, and people
  • Perform primary research to map processes, uncover issues, identify gaps, and design innovative solutions for challenging client problems
  • Utilize cutting-edge statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights
  • Cultivate client relationships through delivery excellence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
  • Prior client-facing consulting experience
  • Knowledge of various treasury instruments, financial institution services, and financial products
  • Functional understanding of treasury best practices across bank relationship management, cash and liquidity forecasting, accounting and reconciliation, and system optimizations
