Senior/Staff AI Engineer

Summary

Join You.com as a Senior/Staff AI Engineer to spearhead the development of AI across Generative AI and Search. This role involves researching, building, and deploying innovative product experiences using cutting-edge AI. You will augment and manage core LLM & AI infrastructure, drive new projects from concept to deployment, and iterate quickly based on user feedback. Responsibilities

• Augment and manage the core you.com LLM & AI infra as well as surrounding backend infrastructure
• Drive the development of new projects from ideation to deployment. This includes deep expertise in areas such as early ideation & prototyping, research, infrastructure, scalability, monitoring, and evaluation of AI systems
• Ability to quickly iterate on a product based on user feedback in a rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/PhD/MS in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related areas
• Strong experience shipping and scaling AI products to a large number of users
• Ability and a deep desire to do both research and core engineering work
