Summary

The job is for a Senior/Staff AI Engineer at you.com, responsible for leading the development of AI across Generative AI (e.g., LLMs) and Search. The role involves researching, building, and deploying new product experiences using the latest advances in AI.

Responsibilities

• Augment and manage the core you.com LLM & AI infra as well as surrounding backend infrastructure
• Drive the development of new projects from ideation to deployment, including deep expertise in areas such as early ideation & prototyping, research, infrastructure, scalability, monitoring, and evaluation of AI systems
• Ability to quickly iterate on a product based on user feedback in a rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/PhD/MS in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related areas
• Strong experience shipping and scaling AI products to a large number of users
• Ability and deep desire to do both research and core engineering work
