Join You.com as a Senior/Staff AI Engineer to lead the development of AI across Generative AI (e.g. LLMs) and Search, researching, building, and deploying new product experiences using the latest advances in AI.

Responsibilities

• Augment and manage the core you.com LLM & AI infra as well as surrounding backend infrastructure
• Drive the development of new projects from ideation to deployment. This includes deep expertise in areas such as early ideation & prototyping, research, infrastructure, scalability, monitoring, and evaluation of AI systems
• Ability to quickly iterate on a product based on user feedback in a rapidly changing environment
