Senior AI Product Manager

Summary

Join Wrike's Machine Learning team as a Product Manager and lead the development of a general AI platform. You will spearhead the creation of groundbreaking AI features, particularly in Generative AI, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. This role demands designing and refining a robust AI platform for company-wide use, fostering a culture of experimentation, and collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams. You will also conduct market analysis and engage with stakeholders to ensure buy-in for new initiatives. Success requires a strong technical background, experience in AI product development, and excellent collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years in Product Management in a commercial software environment, with a proven track record in developing AI-driven products or features, particularly leveraging ML and Generative AI
• Experience in conducting market research and user interviews to identify customer needs and pain points
• Experience in testing and validating potential solutions with real users to ensure that they effectively address the identified needs
• Strong technical skills, ideally with experience in RAG, vector databases, and embeddings
• Competency to engage deeply with engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, involved in the full lifecycle from ideation through launch, or optimization of existing AI products/platforms
• Technical education or significant recent studies relating to AI or complex platform development
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with many partners across different parts of the organization
• Excellent English language skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, validation and implementation of groundbreaking AI features, especially in the realm of Generative AI, ensuring they align with customer needs and the overall business objectives
• Develop and refine a robust AI platform that serves as the foundational architecture for AI initiatives across the organization, enabling other teams to build on it efficiently
• Foster a culture of experimentation, rapidly prototyping, and iterating based on user feedback and market trends to refine AI solutions
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate technical capabilities into user-friendly features that provide substantial user and business value
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, leveraging your technical expertise to explain complex AI concepts and ensure buy-in for new initiatives
• Conduct thorough research to keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies, using insights to inform and guide product strategy
