Senior AI Workflow Automation Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI-driven workflow automation and process optimization
• Strong knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, and AI model integration
• Experience with workflow automation tools (Monday.com, Gumloop, Make, Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate, etc.)
• Proficiency in REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party service integrations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows using tools like Monday.com, Gumloop/n8n, Make, Zapier, UiPath, and other RPA platforms
• Develop/implement Python scripts for data processing, workflow automation, and AI model integration
• Optimize business operations through intelligent decision-making algorithms
• Automate workflows in Monday.com, Visio, Power BI, Google Suite, and other relevant enterprise tools
• Develop and maintain custom automation solutions integrating APIs and third-party services
• Work with structured and unstructured data to automate decision-making processes
• Utilize AI/ML models to enhance automation and business intelligence
• Develop and fine-tune predictive analytics and visualization solutions for process optimization and market analysis
• Integrate natural language processing (NLP) and AI chatbots into automation workflows where applicable
• Implement error-handling mechanisms and monitoring tools for automation processes
• Conduct regular performance analysis to ensure efficiency and scalability
• Maintain documentation and provide training for stakeholders on automated workflows
• Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with development teams, ensuring timely resolution and validation
• Architect and enhance test automation frameworks to support functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web, mobile, and/or API-based applications
• Contribute to performance and load testing initiatives using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling (as applicable)
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in testing processes, tools, and workflows, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on quality goals

Preferred Qualifications

• GIS knowledge, especially open source like QGIS, is highly desirable but not mandatory
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud,) and AI frameworks
