Senior AI/ML Engineer

Summary

Join 3Pillar Global as a Senior AI/ML Engineer and contribute to innovative projects that reshape data analytics for clients. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to identify AI/ML opportunities and develop solutions. This role involves implementing and deploying AI/ML algorithms and models, optimizing their performance, conducting experiments, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation, staying up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
• 4+ years of experience in building AI models with ML, NLP and deep learning
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques, algorithms, and frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical methods
• Experience with data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, etc.) and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and experience with CI/CD tools
• Proven ability to work independently and with a team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to identify AI/ML opportunities and develop innovative solutions
• Implement and deploy AI/ML algorithms and models into production environments
• Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct experiments, perform data analysis, and present findings to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML algorithms, models, and solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies and apply them to improve our platform
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior AI/ML engineers or team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Good Software Engineering Background
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, AWS QuickSight etc
• Experience in working with huge datasets in a production environment
