Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience with AI projects
• Proficiency in Python and clean-code programming, with experience in other languages like JavaScript or C++
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex, ambiguous projects
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• English B2
• Resident in Spain

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and operationalize ML solutions in cloud environment
• Optimize model performance to meet SLAs
• Drive the adoption of cloud technologies and MLOps practices within the AI team, optimizing deployment and scalability
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Mentor and help to grow our team of ML engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence
