Summary

The job is for a Senior Analyst, Customer Analytics (Marketing Programs) in the Business Analytics team of Jobber. The role involves providing data insights to Marketing teams, performing deep-dive data analysis, and optimizing campaign performance. The candidate should have experience with marketing campaigns analysis, A/B testing, SQL programming, and statistical concepts.

Requirements

• Experience with marketing campaigns analysis and hypothesis testing
• Experience with A/B Testing methodologies and good understanding of statistical concepts
• Expert-level SQL programming skills
• Solid understanding of complex relational data structures
• Strong quantitative skills and experience utilizing scientific analytical methods and quantitative analysis techniques

Responsibilities

• Be a thorough analyst and a consultant to the Marketing teams by providing data insights and analytical solutions that would help assess the performance of the various marketing programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, translate business objectives into proposed solutions and socialize the proposals to ensure stakeholder’ alignment & buy-in
• Perform (hands-on) deep-dive / exploratory data analysis to drive insights and inform business decisions & recommendations
• Develop and implement solutions to measure and optimize the impact of ongoing activities in multiple marketing teams (Events, Brand Partnerships, Lifecycle Marketing etc)
• Design effective testing frameworks for experiments and deploy best practices for the program performance measurement

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferably have prior experience with SaaS business models
• Ability to design solutions under data & time constraints
• Strong business acumen & ability to distill marketing optimization problems into analytical frameworks
