Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in consulting, strategy & operations, or a high-growth startup environment (healthcare tech experience is preferred)
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in data analysis and visualization tools and platforms (e.g., SQL and Tableau are required, Python is nice to have) to extract and manipulate data
  • Analytical Problem Solving: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills who is comfortable with ambiguity who is capable of translating data into actionable insights and solutions
  • Project Management : Experience leading cross-functional projects and simultaneously managing multiple workstreams in a technical environment
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner and to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all analytical work and reporting
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Client Analytics: Perform detailed analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts
  • Support for Client Onboarding & Implementation: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring data accuracy and operational readiness
  • New Client Discovery: Identify and capitalize on new brand opportunities by conducting in-depth analysis of BlinkRx's strengths and successes in the market
  • Growth Initiative Support: Assist in designing and implementing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving client loyalty through data-driven strategies
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the Growth & Revenue team and cross-functionally on various high-impact projects, providing analytical support and contributing to the successful execution of business strategies
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and provide analytical support and comprehensive solutions to address issues related to client performance
