Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 5+ years of experience in billing, AR supervision, or similar roles in OTC processes
- A solid foundation in accounting principles, including reconciling complex financial data
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., xLOOKUPs, Index-Match) and experience with large datasets
- The ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly billing reconciliation across all business lines, ensuring invoices are accurate and timely
- Ensure the accurate and timely generation of client invoices in compliance with contractual agreements and requirements
- Act as a liaison between Operations, Account Management, Collections, and External auditors to ensure smooth workflows
- Review and monitor accounts receivable, including collections and customer account adjustments, ensuring proper follow-ups and resolution of disputes
- Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing accurate revenue estimates for all business lines
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all billing and AR activities to meet audit and compliance standards
- Analyze and report on AR aging, billing metrics, and trends, providing actionable insights to leadership
- Review and approve employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Investigate missing receipts or policy violations and follow up as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of expenses in the financial reporting system
- Handle ad hoc projects and reporting requirements related to billing, AR, and expenses
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle Fusion, and CRM platforms like Salesforce
