Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Economics, or equivalent
- Live in the Eastern time zone
- 2-5 years' experience in M&A
- Advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication
- Superb professionalism and ability to present to individuals at the Executive level

- Strong project management and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and industry analysis to identify, qualify, and prioritize potential M&A targets in core and adjacent markets
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and key financial metrics to assess the attractiveness of target business
- Organize and maintain prioritization lists for the executive team, synthesizing large volumes of data into actionable insights
- Assist in deal execution through due diligence and integration; Prepare and execute detailed project plans
- Support the creation and execution of value creation plans; Contribute to financial diligence calls
- Prepare financial, qualitative and valuation analyses, including P&L forecasts, cash flows, financial models, and other ad hoc financial analyses related to acquisition activities
- Prepare and present investment presentations for ReSource Pro's executive team, private equity sponsor, and Board of Directors
- Develop simple and insightful financial models from raw data to evaluate target company profitability and key financial metrics for presentation to the board
- Develop and execute due diligence agendas, focusing on strategic plans, growth profiles, and key business drivers
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Revenue, Finance, Technology, Talent, Operations, Marketing) to gather and synthesize critical due diligence information
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of quantitative valuation methodologies, DCF, comparable company analysis, sum of the parts, data tables, and advanced knowledge of key financial accounting and US GAAP principles
- Support relationships with C-suite and executive teams at potential partner organizations
