  • Prioritize stakeholder needs in decision-making processes and proactively drive projects forward to improve efficiency
  • Keep your Android development knowledge up to date
  • Excel as a team player and communicator in a diverse and international remote team

Responsibilities

  • Be a pioneer as the first member of our productivity team, paving the path for excellence
  • Enable our Android Developers working on app features in cross functional teams to perform on their highest levels of efficiency
  • Collaborate with Productivity Developers across iOS, Backend, Web and QA teams to align on shared objectives and exchange meaningful insights
  • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with best practices in managing build tools and release processes
  • Setup measuring mechanisms for our app's critical metrics, like memory consumption and rendering performance and ensure your team is informed in time about alerts automatically
  • Own and optimize our CI/CD pipelines, Gradle, and other tools to streamline our build and release process
