Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Kotlin
• Passion for clean energy and sustainability
• Excellent communication skills, especially across different time zones
• Ability to contribute across the whole development process, including design and product
• Interest in staying on top of upcoming technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features for the Octopus Energy mobile application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design) throughout the development process
• Contribute to the design and architecture of the application
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and SwiftUI
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in mobile development
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) is a plus
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI
• Work in London office (preferred) or remotely in the UK
