Senior Angular Developer

Summary

The job is for an Angular Developer at Zillion Technologies Inc., a global consulting and technology solutions provider. The position is 100% remote and requires 8+ years of software development experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, SASS/CSS, HTML, UI/UX, responsive design, mobile-first development, SQL, AWS services, unit testing tools like Karma or Jasmine, Git, critical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Additional preferred experience includes knowledge of commonly used java libraries and understanding of the maven build system.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of software development experience
• 6+ years of proficiency and hands-on development with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, SASS/CSS, HTML
• Strong experience with UI/UX, responsive design, and mobile-first development
• Leverage SQL skills working MySQL or other RDBMS and Web Services (REST and SOAP) knowledge
• Good understanding of AWS services and integrations
• Experience with unit testing tools like Karma or Jasmine
• Experience with Git for source control activities
• Critical thinking, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop high performance, reliable, and scalable applications with Angular 8+, TypeScript, JavaScript, SASS/CSS, HTML
• Design responsive UI/UX and mobile-first development
• Leverage SQL skills working with MySQL or other RDBMS and Web Services (REST and SOAP)
• Understand AWS services and integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of commonly used java libraries (apache helpers, spring, hibernate)
• Understanding of the maven build system and how multi jar projects fit together
