Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, with expertise in Workday configuration, automation, integrations, and reporting
- Workday expertise is required, including hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs
- Experience in HRIS system administration and optimization, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance
- Skilled in translating business needs into technical solutions and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with business needs
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve HR operations and eliminate manual processes
- Support and streamline integrations between Workday and third-party tools to ensure accurate and efficient data flow
- Build and maintain complex Workday reports, supporting executives, People, Payroll, and Finance teams
- Collaborate with IT and business partners to align HR systems with Calendlyβs overall technology strategy
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members and business users on Workday capabilities
- Lead projects and enhancements, from gathering business requirements to implementation and testing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with iPaaS tools like Workato or other integration platforms is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is preferred
- Workday certification and a degree in Information Systems or a related field are highly preferred
